For some reason I've just never been much of a fruit person. I've found that the easiest way for me to get a substantial amount of fruit down is when it is in smoothie form. Because fruit is already naturally sweet, I don't tend to add sugar to my smoothies. However, if you need to, I suggest honey. Here's my favorite summer smoothie.
